Keystone Supplies terms of sale
Effective October 1, 2026.
Who we sell to
Keystone Supplies sells directly to individual retail customers in the United States. We do not open wholesale, reseller, or business accounts, and we do not sell for resale.
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.
Anyone can create an account. You need a verified account to use the cart and checkout. Keep your password to yourself: orders placed from your account count as yours.
Research Use Only
Every research material we sell is supplied for laboratory research only. It is not for human or veterinary use, is not for human consumption, and is not sold as a food, drug, dietary supplement, or cosmetic. We give no instructions or advice on use in people or animals.
At checkout you must acknowledge the Research Use Only policy shown there, and we record the version you acknowledged with your order. The Reusable Precision Pen is a research accessory sold on the same terms.
We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund it, if we believe it is meant for a use these terms do not allow.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Research materials are sold as a single vial or a 10-vial kit, at the price shown next to each option.
We accept on-chain Bitcoin only. At checkout we create an invoice on our own payment server at pay.keystone-supplies.ly. The invoice converts your US dollar total into a BTC amount and holds that amount for the time shown on the invoice. If the invoice expires before you pay, start a new checkout; we do not honor an expired amount.
You pay the Bitcoin network fee for sending your payment. Send the exact amount in one transaction. If less than the invoice amount arrives, we email you to either pay the balance or take a refund of what we received. If more arrives, we refund the excess. Both refunds are paid as described on the refunds and returns page.
A payment counts as received after two network confirmations.
Shipping charges and sales tax
Checkout does not add a shipping charge or sales tax. If that changes, the amount will appear on the invoice before you pay.
Orders and cancellation
An order is accepted once its payment is confirmed and a person has reviewed it. Fulfillment is manual. Until an order leaves us, we may cancel it, for example for a pricing error, an item we cannot supply, or a Research Use Only concern, and refund it in full.
You can cancel an order at any time before it leaves us by emailing us with the order number. Delivery is covered on the shipping page and returns on the refunds and returns page.
Liability
Each item is described by its name, strength, and package size. We make no other promise about an item's fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Keystone Supplies is organized.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order. Each update gets a new effective date on this page.
