What to include
Write from the email address on your account. For anything about an order, include the order number if you have it; it starts with ord_. For a refund, include the Bitcoin address that should receive it.
Never send your password, private keys, or recovery phrase. We will never ask for them.
Privacy requests
Requests about your personal data go to the same address. The privacy notice explains what we hold and why.
Business enquiries
We sell to individual retail customers only and do not open wholesale, reseller, or business accounts.
