Who we are and scope
Keystone Supplies is the responsible party for this United States customer account and retail-order service. Privacy requests may be sent to keystone_supplies@proton.me.
What we collect and why
We collect the minimum account identity and verification data, authentication and security data, versioned Research Use Only acknowledgement, and order and delivery records needed to operate authenticated customer accounts and unpaid orders. We use this information for account security, order handling, customer-request handling, compliance records, and human-reviewed fulfillment only if fulfillment is separately activated.
This release does not enable advertising, behavioral analytics, marketing messages, sale or sharing of customer data, Peptopia transfer, automatic settlement, or automatic fulfillment.
Retention, requests, and safeguards
We apply the approved customer-data retention and deletion schedule. Requests are verified before action and may be limited when a legal obligation, dispute, security need, or legal hold requires retention. Backups expire on their normal rolling schedule and are not restored merely to recreate deleted data.
Privileged data-store access remains server-side. Customer access is restricted to the authenticated account and order data the service permits. A material change to this notice receives review and a new effective date before publication.
